Arapaho Heights is a residential neighborhood that is a part of Richardson Heights and is located on the west side of Richardson, TX in the 75080 zip code. It’s situated between N Coit Road and Cottonwood Creek which run north and south and Beltline and Arapaho which run east and west. And yes a creek, not a road separates Arapaho Heights and its nearest sister neighborhood Heights Park. The neighborhood sits adjacent to Arapaho Classical Magnet, Richardson High School and Richardson West Jr High. All three are within walking distance from the neighborhood. The Arapaho Heights neighborhood was founded in 1956 and currently has a voluntary home owners association. The neighborhood is served by the (RISD) Richardson Independent School District.
